COTTAGE POLICIES

1. Check in time is 2pm, Check out time is 10am

2. Full payment is due on all reservations two weeks prior to arrival.  At time of booking a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

3. As per East Hampton law, a 5.5% motel/hotel tax will be applied to all reservations.

East Hampton Town law  states that short-term rentals of less than 15 days are allowed only twice in a six month period within the rental registry.
